As a Butterfly Investor, your tax-deductible donations make it possible for families in our community to receive the support they need to navigate the challenges of new sobriety and parenthood.
Butterfly Investors are committed to regular giving over a period of three years. Not only do these investments provide critical support to our families ($5,000 supports a family through ChooseWell Communities’ programming for an entire year!) - they provide us with stable funding, allowing us to solidify strategic partnerships, thus qualifying us for larger, more generous grant funding and allowing us to reach our full potential of serving 70 families at any given time.

Then, select your preferred billing cycle and method of giving, and we will touch base personally to get you set up. ChooseWell Communities’ Butterfly Investors are recognized in annual reports, on our website, and more. + THE SKIPPER
Skippers are committed to giving between $1,500 and $9,999 annually over a span of three years. Benefits include a welcome packet with ChooseWell items and tickets to our Walk Through the Wild fundraiser.
+ THE MONARCH
Monarchs are committed to giving between $10,000 and $24,999 annually over a span of three years. Benefits include Skipper benefits, plus a VIP table at ChooseWell’s graduation.
+ THE SWALLOWTAIL
Swallowtails are committed to giving more than $25,000 annually over a span of three years. Benefits include the Monarch benefits, plus a named award at graduation and individual ChooseWell art.
