ChooseWell Communities’ partners keep the movement going.
Individuals, organizations, and foundations who provide support help us to ensure safe, healthy, and sober homes for one of Louisville's most vulnerable, yet often underserved, populations -- young families in recovery with children 0-5 years -- during a time period that is critical to the healthy development & long-term success of both the parents and children.
We partner with various community agencies, businesses, and community leaders to support & improve the lives of Louisville's young families in recovery. Want to join us? Here are some of the ways that you can partner with us:
Are you a landlord with Section 8/HUD-Compliant housing? Become a housing partner!
Are you a business leader who is seeking to support your community through employment opportunities? Become a recovery-minded employment partner!
Are you a grantor or foundation seeking to support Louisville's young families impacted by substance abuse, poverty, domestic violence, neglect, and adverse childhood experiences? Become a grant or foundation partner!
Are you a licensed substance abuse or mental health clinician in Kentucky who is seeking support for your residential substance abuse treatment clients? Become a referral partner!
Do you have long-term recovery experience or a professional skill (i.e. budget management, parenting skills training, healthy meal prep, recovery management, etc.) that you would like to share with the ChooseWell Communities families? Become a programming partner!
Are you seeking to give back to the family recovery community in a meaningful way by sponsoring a ChooseWell Communities event or program? Become a ChooseWell Communities GiveBack Partner!
Are you a community agency interested in blending your efforts with ours to support Louisville's young families who are in early recovery from substance abuse? Let's chat!
