As you may know, #GiveForGoodLou -- hosted by the Community Foundation of Louisville -- is on Thursday, September 17. ChooseWell Communities is participating, and we need your help!

Real talk: We are a small non-profit Louisville's families in recovery with young children depend upon. Addiction stops for nothing.... not even a global pandemic.

Like many others, the current pandemic has impacted us deeply. As a result, the costs of serving our families have risen and revenue has dropped. Our families receive housing, vocational and educational scholarships, emergency financial assistance, furniture, meals, family programming, parenting resources, and more... all at no cost to them and fostered thanks to the generosity of people like you. 

The traumas and stressors caused by COVID-19 continue to accumulate and impact Louisville's families, leading to rising reports of substance abuse across the area and nation. This means that ChooseWell Communities is needed now more than ever. 

The families that we serve are strong and resilient, trying to create sober, healthy, and happy family lives with their young children in the height of a global pandemic. They need our support.
